My name is Alexa Champagne, and that’s where “No Champagne No Gain” comes from—a playful twist on “No Pain, No Gain.” Because let’s be real: without Alexa Champagne, there are no GAINS.
From an early age, I lived and breathed competition. Growing up as a competitive soccer player, I learned discipline, agility, and the drive to push past limits. But the real lessons came when I faced my biggest opponent—injury.
Five orthopedic surgeries forced me to confront what many athletes fear: the uncertainty of whether I'd ever play, train, or move the same way again. Each recovery wasn’t just about rebuilding strength—it was about rebuilding confidence, mindset, and my identity as an athlete.
Instead of letting injuries define me, I adapted. Transitioning from soccer to CrossFit, and now hypertrophy training, I learned to modify, adjust, and optimize movements to keep progressing. I refused to let setbacks stop me—instead, they became my blueprint for stronger comebacks.
Along the way, I realized recovery would be a long process. While rehabbing my lower body, I needed to find a way to maintain muscle and build my upper body—figuring out how to still train the parts of my body that weren’t injured.
I created this program to help athletes turn post-op recovery into their strongest comeback yet—combining progressive strength training, movement modifications, and a resilient mindset to ensure every setback leads to a stronger, more powerful return to performance.
This brand is about redefining recovery—using setbacks as fuel for strength, resilience, and growth. I’ve lived it firsthand: the pain, the frustration, the setbacks. But more importantly, I’ve experienced the mental and physical breakthroughs that come with every comeback. My mission is to empower individuals to transform post-op recovery into the foundation for their greatest performance yet.
As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and CrossFit Trainer (CF-L1), I bring years of hands-on fitness experience. As a 5x orthopedic surgery survivor, my guidance is not just professional—it’s personal. I’ve walked the path from setbacks to comebacks, equipping me to design effective programs that deliver results.

Rebuild & Rise is an 8-week strength program designed for athletes recovering from lower-body injuries. While your lower body heals, this program helps you maintain strength, stay active, and build upper body power so you don’t lose progress.
